I have had a number of sessions to tweak the performance of my brain. I have had about a dozen sessions of different types and have noticed significant changes. In particular I have noticed that I feel sharper and more engaged with the world around me. Another positive reaction has been that I am sleeping better – on waking up I now feel awake immediately and do not want to stay in bed.
Looking at my brain maps has been very informative as this gives objective evidence of what is happening and how my brain changes after individual sessions and over time. This insight is very valuable in understanding how your brain in working and how it progresses during training.
